Kudos to my friend Carrie for being a supportive friend that is always there. Tonight we meet at Starbucks to chit-chat, people watch and enjoy our Banana Cream frapaccinos (yummy). Sometimes all it takes to rejuvenate the soul is a laugh and smile from a friend.
